Hi! I'm KAE and I've gained a little bit of weight recently (okay, fine....A LOT OF WEIGHT throughout the years)...but I've decided to do something about it! So, I changed my life on Season 4 of THE BIGGEST LOSER. I started at 225lbs, and lost a total of 97lbs on the show. But I've gained a lot of knowledge and whole know life! It really is all about a lifestyle change and not a diet. It was definitely worth it! And so are you!

Don't Be Fooled!

I have to admit that I am addicted to creating screen names.

And you could probably ask any of my friends or family members how many email addresses I have gone through within the last 10 years.

Well, I've decided to do some cleaning by organizing my life to become a LOT more simple and easier for myself!

So, I've deleted almost ALL of my accounts (or in the process of deletion), and keep only a handful of accounts that have my name on it.
